New Rugs
New rugs are prone to producing fluff. This is completely normal and only lasts a short period of time. Regular vacuuming will restore your rug to its original state.
Cleaning
The high quality of the Espirelle yarn means that most stains will come off with a little water. With stubborn stains, we recommend you use our care product “James” to remove marks of any kind. We recommend that all rugs in this collection are cleaned at 30° C at a rug washing facility.
